Kelantan Government Ordered To Pay RM800 Million In Damages To Logging Company

KOTA BAHARU, Dec 31 (Bernama) -- The Kelantan government is believed to have been ordered to pay RM800 million in damages to a logging company for violating agreements made between the two parties since 45 years ago.

The High Court is said to have ordered the biggest amount in damages to be paid in a civil case in its history.

It is understood that the decision was made by the court, Wednesday afternoon involving Timbermine Sdn Bhd and the state government.

The case is believed to have been filed in 2004.

Welcome 2010!

Tomorrow a new year is coming. It will be 2010. A great number and hopefully a great year. But I know, it must be yet another tough year for me, a miserable blogger.

So what are your plans for 2010. 2010 is a year full of anticipation you know. There will be World Cup. There will be Micheal Schumacer, (how to spell it?), -he's my hero- coming back from retirement.

For me I must say that I really hope it will be a great year.

What 2010 means to me
I will be older, 32 years old. But I am still looking young and dangerous.
I have been working where I am working now for 10 years.
I have been married for 3 years.
I got a great son.

I still cannot get into oil and gas industry.

What I want to achieve in 2010.

I want to be free from work. I want to have financial freedom. I want my BIO-ASLI business expands world wide.
